Problem Determination

Ping the IP address, ping the cluster address

Use the browser to access http://localhost (if local) or http:// (if remote).

Check the http://plugin.log file

Check activity.log, System.out, SystemErr.log

Use browser to access port 9080

Use JAVA client to access EJB

Use database client with SQL to check tables

Problem components and MustGather documents

(Use the collector tools to capture general information for each host machine).
