Error: Collaboration and Notification service generating the following alert “FAIL | | | Reason for Failure | | | The AquaLogic Notification Service is running but at least one of the threads has experienced an error. It is recommended that you restart the service to correct the problem.”
Description: blprdaliapp03 - http://blprdaliapp03:11930/collab/admin/diagnostic
Cause Collaboration and Notification Service in a hung state and not responding.
Corrective Action On server blprdaliapp03 restart the Collaboration Service and wait for alert to clear. If alert continues restart the Notification service.

If this error message (see image below) continues or does not reflect the current date, restart Tomcat on server blptccmsapp05.
