The http URLs are resulting in an error because when the pre-production web applications were originally created, they were not configured for SSL encryption.
Note: The production web applications are already configured to accept SSL encryption.

The https: URLs are working with no issues this morning – https://connectpp.broadlane.com and https://mypp.broadlane.com so the SSL certificates have been installed correctly.
The http URLs are resulting in an error because when the pre-production web applications were originally created, they were not configured for SSL encryption.
To resolve this error, the web applications will need to be extended and configured to accept SSL encryption. This is something I can take care of but is not necessary to confirm the SSL certificates.
Note: The production web applications are already configured to accept SSL encryption.
