Exchange P2P stop_start

Here are the instructions for the Saturday night’s maintenance. Please follow the sequence.

1. Stop inbound scripts and validation script on BLPRDBLNK03. This includes
runInboundASNManager.bat
runInboundInvoiceManager.bat
runInboundPOAckManager.bat
runInboundPOManager.bat
runOutboundTransactionCreator.bat
runValidationTests.bat

(When stopping make sure that the scripts are not running at the time you stop them)

2. Stop exchange JBoss service (windows service “JBoss Application Server 5.1”) on BLPRDBLNK03

3. Stop weblogic nodes for p2p (http://blprdp2papp01:8011/console)
Note: if unable to access the admin server then log into BLPRDP2PAPP01 and restart the admin
server (windows service “beasvc BL_PROD_AdminServer”)

Email Terremark once the steps are complete. The maintenance starts at 10:00PM, so please stop the apps before 10:00PM. Once you get email from Terremark that the maintenance is complete then proceed with the below steps.

4. Start p2p and verify weblogic nodes for p2p are running through console
(http://blprdp2papp01:8011/console). Make sure that all JMS Servers are running and no DB
connections problems occurred

5. Start exchange JBoss service (windows service “JBoss Application Server 5.1”) on BLPRDBLNK03

6. Start inbound scripts
runValidationTests.bat
runOutboundTransactionCreator.bat
runInboundPOManager.bat
runInboundPOAckManager.bat
runInboundInvoiceManager.bat
runInboundASNManager.bat
9. Start and run validation script
runValidationTests.bat
(Make sure it validated successfully and didn’t get any errors by looking at its output and error
files in the E:\exchangeclient\logs\(year)\(month)\(day))
