WFX Stop_Start

Here are the updated KB’s for the WFX application URLs. If alerts fire for multiple URLs then call production support before implementing the RTS steps.


http://blprdwfxapp02.broadlane.com:7001/DenaliWeb/ - if this URL does not work then follow the below RTS steps

RTS steps
1. Email productionsupport@broadlane.com if the above URL is down.
2. Log onto the server BLPRDWFXAPP01 and go to path D:\WLS scripts\WFX
3. Run the script “WFX_NodesUP.vbs” and see the output on the file “WFX_UP_Status.txt”.
4. If WFX_MS1 = DOWN then run the script “RUN_WFX_mserver1_Start.cmd” (Note: the node takes 15 -20 minutes to come up)
5. Run the script “WFX_NodesUP.vbs” and the output file should have WFX_MS1 = UP. If not call production support (972-813-7763)
6. Email productionsupport@broadlane.com after the alerts clear as an FYI.

Note: WFX_MS7 and WFX_MS8 in the WFX_UP_Status.txt should always be DOWN.
